How much does catering cost?
It depends on your guest count, menu and how we serve (trays or Big Green on site). Send the form and we'll put together a quote for your event.
How far ahead should I book?
We ask for at least 3 days for trays and 21 days for Big Green. Summer weekends fill up fast, so earlier is better. Need something sooner? Send the request anyway or give us a call.
Is there a minimum order?
Tray catering starts at 20 guests and Big Green at 50. For smaller groups, ordering online for pickup is usually the easiest option.

Can you handle vegetarian options and allergies?
Yes. We have veggie tacos, and we can plan around allergies and dietary needs. Tell us about them in the form so we can build the menu around your guests.
What's included?
We'll confirm exactly what's included, like serving utensils, plates and napkins, when we send your quote.
What does Big Green need on site?
A flat, open spot the truck can drive into and park on. We'll go over parking, access and timing with you before the day.
Do you take a deposit?
We'll explain deposit and cancellation terms along with your quote, before anything is booked.
